Smiles and American Airlines delayed
Gol’s mileage program Smiles has postponed the initial date for trading Smiles credits for American Airlines tickets. The date has been shifted from 1 October to 11 November (and there might be new changes on the way).
On top of this change of dates, Smiles users are going through hell trying to get their miles credited for flights done with AirFrance. Smiles must get their act together, Tam’s Fidelidade program, soon to join the Star Alliance, is no mean competitor.
