El Al: flights from May 2
El Al has confirmed its flights from Brazil to Israel begin on May 2. There will be 3 weekly flights (Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays) on a B777. Departure from São Paulo at 19:30 and arrival in Tel Aviv at 14:25 the following day. Departure from Tel Aviv at 23:30 and arrival in São Paulo at 7:40 the following day. The flight lasts 14 hours and a half. Not long ago El Al had its fair share of trouble from ultraorthodox Jewish for flying on Saturdays… Sales begin in February and there is no information yet of costs.
