Webjet: more flight deals but, where are the rules?
Webjet announces flight deals: Río de Janeiro/Salvador from R$339, Cuiabá/Campo Grande from R$ 129, São Paulo/Salvador from R$299 and São Paulo/Porto Alegre from R$ 159.
Some of those fares are not that different from the competition. On top of that, Webjet insistis on not publishing the rules of its promotions on a clear and accesible way – just mirroring Azul here.
Those who flew with Webjet liked the service. The aircraft are not new but conservation is good (Gol is in charge of their maintenance). But it is time the company initiates a policy of transparent information on its website. Otherwise it will never cease to be CVC’s carrier (CVC is a large Brazilian travel agency that owns Webjet), failing to recruite new customers.
